The door was locked because they ran out of bagels. They eventually open the door to offer muffins. It was a very unwelcoming experience so I decided not to get anything.
Place used to be great years ago, but every single time within the last 2-3yrs I’ve walked in this place for a jalapeño cheddar begal they never have them, doesn’t matter the time of day, day of the week or part of the year. Same manager with same lame excuse to why they don’t have any left. He wants you here at 8am or else yours SOL. Go to any other bagel spot and get your bagels because these guys don’t care to listen to customers. I’ve been coming here on and off for two years because the bagels are actually very good and it’s convenient. Unfortunately, the service is consistently poor. The staff rarely greets customers, seems completely disengaged, and even with only one person ahead of me, I’ve waited 15–20 minutes for a simple bacon, egg and cheese. The lack of urgency and customer service feels like a reflection of the management. Great bagels, but the service needs serious improvement.
