I’ve been coming here for years and now I don’t see not one familiar face. I used to be greeted with such kindness. And now all I see is sour faces when I walk in here. The environment did a complete 180 in the last 4 months. Everyone seemed to like their job before, and now there is zero customer service, the young man that was the general manger, Saleh was so kind and treated me wonderfully and the crew was great as well. I don’t know what type of shit show this store has going on River. A year ago I loved going on this store. Great atmosphere with all smiles. Now they have this rude manager that talks about staff instead of attending to customers or cleaning the dam lobby. Messed up my order and then made it seem like it was my fault. Roaches in the lobby and kids/workers vaping in the store. They need to do something before this store goes more to shit then it already has recently.
