I ordered 2 jalapeno cheese bagels which were still doughy and had not been fully cooked. Once we discovered it was not cooked we stopped eating them but we both got sick. I called the store on river and the person that answered just made excuses. The worst bagel I have ever eaten.

Honestly, bagel was not bad got a western which was delicious. But I have to say been coming here for years and the service is horrible, definitely need to be cautious on who they hire as well as training properly. Gentlemen with dreads helped me and had head phones in his ear was not very welcoming and don’t know or care on how to greet a customer properly. Very attentive staff
On the road to Saguaro National Park West, we made a quick carryout stop at Bruegger’s Bagels, and it turned into a pretty great little road trip upgrade. We grabbed two bagels and did the share-half strategy, which felt both practical and a little genius. The Vermonter leaned sweet, so we saved it for last and treated it like dessert.
