Can’t call without getting hung up on by robots.
Rudest employees I've seen in any establishment in 35 years of living. It's amazing how management can allow this or even hire some of these people in the first place. So rude and unwelcoming. This used to be a family spot, now I wouldn't want my kids to even enter the building. I've never once seen an employee smile at this Brueggers.
Not a good experience. I ordered 2 bagels, 1 of them was with strawberry cream cheese. They were really cheap not giving decent amounts of cream cheese, and what worse that was a dirt something like moldy. When I asked, they didn’t bother to offer me a replacement just said “oh it’s not moldy, just a dirt from oven ashes”
I was getting bagels for my girlfriend and her grandparents The dude with the glasses says we're still working on it after 30 minutes and I said there's no way. It wasn't even very busy. He then said that he gave away the bagels to someone else and asked for my name. He then asked if I wanted to PAY for them. I said absolutely not it's not my fault he gave them to someone else. So then he scrambles and fulfills other people's orders and we get them after 20 minutes. I told him I was going to give this place one star for that... read more
