Went there at opening this morning and the woman at the register was extremely rude. I get it… I don’t want be up at 6 in the morning either. I was getting bagels for my fellow nurses who also have to work a long 12 hour shift. If we treated you at the hospital the same way you treated me you surely wouldn’t like it. I can understand you may have things going on personally that may affect your work performance. Perhaps you shouldn’t work in food service where you have face to face contact with customers
We just moved into the area and are so glad there is a Bruegger's here. The bagels are always fresh and the coffee is delicious! Chanel, the manager, is always friendly. Love it! Update: Chanel is really the best! Bruegger's, you are lucky to have her!
I bought bagels for the first time there. They were small and very compact. It seemed like they didn't rise long enough.
Poor customer service on 5/16 in the morning time. Employees act like they don't Want to help client and if you request something they start making comments with each other. Order was incomplete.
