The last few times I’ve gone something has been wrong every. single. time. Like sometimes the coffee is really bad even with coffee and sugar. Or they forget to substitute for another cream cheese. Last time they just forgot one of my two cereal pops and I didn’t notice till I got home. There’s also no way to do anything about it in the app and it wasn’t worth the time honestly. This time when I picked up my usual order, and it happens again where only one cereal pop gets put in my bag so I just ask for another one and leave... read more
