Best bagels in Rochester
I've been coming to this location for 30 yrs at least! Service is always good, we've seen a lot of staff changes over the years but they have always been friendly and helpful. We've become a regular, made friends with several of the managers over the years. Food is always good, service is always great, even when there have been issues (computers down, short staff etc.) the staff always does their best. I do wish they would bring back the salmon cream cheese and sundried tomato bagels, but that's a corporate thing not a store... read more
I just picked up a bagel from the drive through. The girl was wearing gloves, and she took my cash payment and put it into the register. I then watched her go back into the kitchen with the same gloves and grab my bagel from the oven with those same gloves on her hands. Disgusting! I tossed the bagel in the trash. Will never come here again!! Gross.
