i love bruegger’s but this location has pressured me into a tip the last few times i’ve been. i always tip but i hate feeling pressured. This location has a drive thru
this store sucks, it’s the worst one in rochester. we ordered ahead and still had to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru, even though there were only 3 cars ahead of us. when we got our 3 sandwiches, each one that we ordered with 2 eggs only came with one. on top of this they were all cold due to the long wait. spend your money at any other location, or better yet any other business.
I placed an order for pick up in the morning. My order was in the pre-order area so I picked it up and left. When I got to work to set up I noticed that none of the bagels were sliced and the order was missing 4 tubs of cream cheese. I did not have time to go back before the work event started. Extremely disappointed. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB and expecting a refund for the missing items.
Everything bagel toasted with cream cheese always goes good with a caramel/mocha coldbrew!
Grab a bagel and coffee on my way to work a few times weekly. Never have any issues.
