Bagel was good but was sad about the amount of cream cheese I got. Almost felt like it wasn't even there. But overall I enjoyed what I got.
Cross this store off your list. 23 minutes to make 2 orders, barely anyone waiting. However, girls weren't too busy to make conversation with people that came in after me... I should have ordered lunch instead!
I've never had a bad experience here, personally, but they are quite clearly understaffed and struggling. There should NEVER be only one person working at a time, and shoveling everything onto one person just creates more problems. I really like Bruegger's and I don't want to see it go, but I also don't want to feel guilty going in and piling on more work for the single employee manning the counter.
It sucks, I really like this place cause of how good it normally is. Last week I went first thing in the morning and they were out of several things. The girl was really nice and explained sometimes the stuff they order doesn’t get on the truck, okay cool I understand that. Decided to give them another shot this week, got there at 6:15 and they were closed, not a sole there. Sign says they open at 6.
