The manager is amazing
I had a great experience, the customer service was amazing!! The food was good, service was fast and efficient. The food was warm and enjoyable. The restaurant was clean, I would definitely eat here again when I am running errands.
Best bagel shop around! Their items are always high quality and the staff is super nice! I would definitely recommend Bruegger's to anyone
So I am a regular customer here and I won’t write a review about anything unless it really bugs me. Almost 2 weeks ago I realized a new person has been working here (Asian guy) who seems very pleasant but the manager was very rude to him and treating him almost like a kid and yelling at him which to me is unprofessional.
