Tables have been dirty every trip. They don't follow instructions. You asked for an edit.. even worse. I've never seen one so dirty. I don't know how you pass inspections. People here were very friendly. The food was so good. I don't even understand why they have a 4.1 because it was perfect.
The woman at cash register was her usual unfriendly self. And this is totally ridiculous. I asked her if there was some special on Mondays. She didnt say you needed to b a rewards member but did say 13 bagels for 9.99. I told her what i wanted. Then she asked for my phone number. Then she told me I wasnt a rewards member. Asked for a different phone number and while i was looking it up she rang me up for over 13 dollars! Very slow service. Just stood there for 4-5 minutes before being acknowledged. Definitely room for improvement.
