I’ve been a customer of this location my whole life and I still go almost every weekend for my usual. The staff is friendly, my order is consistently right, and Kelsey is always accommodating! I’ve gone to other locations in Rochester and nothing compares to the Latta one!
Have never messed up a order and food comes out fairly fast. Would highly recommend
The staff is great. They are attentive and professional. It’s a very welcoming environment and I always enjoy the visit and the delicious food.
The staff is always super friendly and attentive. kelsey always has a smile and greets me by name. i look forward to seeing ryan, jake, gigi, jeffrey and others every morning! bagels and hazelnut coffee are the best.
Good service, nice staff, and even better food.
