EVERY single time I order ahead on the app (minimum 30 minutes) to not wait, I still end up waiting over 15 minutes by the time I get there because the workers decide to not make any of the items in my order just because they don’t have any more of the bagels I ordered, I’ve had this problem every single time, and when I told them about it, they told me to call ahead. I eat here often and the employees are always good to me. Toast my bagel just right. Katie is an awesome employee.
Staff are awesome!!
Gave me hard time for just looking at the bagels to see what they had. Didn't wrap my everything bagel separately. Could tell they didn't want me there.
