Staff were very friendly, however today I ordered a blueberry bagel with plain cream cheese, untoasted. The bagel I was given was completely brown to where you couldn’t even tell it was a blueberry bagel. It was obviously overcooked, but still being served to customers. The flavor was terrible due to it just tasting like overcooked bread with a slight hint of blueberry. It was also super chewy and hurt my teeth trying to just get a bite.
