Location was being worked by too many people that kept talking amongst each other. Organization was completely out the window. No one knew where to actually order their food because they kept jerking us around. The soda machine was almost entirely out of order and the employees weren’t particularly nice.
We got 2 bagels with honey walnut. The cream cheese was definitely spoiled or expired. It was so sour and disgusting. Both of us had to throw ours away after the first bite. Awful experience.
I order bagels from this location quite often for work and I order a lot when I do. The staff members always get my order right and they are on time when I pick them up in the morning! I think this store needs a little love, the soda machines are out of order and it just needs a little refresh. Bagels are still delicious!
Their hours are laughable...
I sent my husband to get bagels about 30 minutes before close and the two ladies helping him were AMAZING! They found him the bagels he needed and were so kind. He even commented to me on how clean and orderly everything was. Thank you again!
