I’ve been getting bagels here for 20 years and today they had my car towed from the lot and I had to pay $150 to get it dropped because and I quote: I “didn’t come in there first” before I went in the store right beside them for a few minutes. What a way to treat loyal customers. Sad. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

Great bagels and coffee. The bagels are smaller that usual but very fresh and done right.
I don’t understand how it’s possible, but I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and a bagel to pick up that were completely cold. I’m talking ham - cheese - bagel refrigerator cold. And no it wasn’t sitting for long you could see the cheese was never melted. It literally looks like someone cut a bagel and put a warm egg on it and then proceeded to pile on the other toppings without any oven action. What is going on at this location lol. Waste of $26.
Nothing but attitude and people who clearly do not want to be there or to be helping customers. Eye rolls as soon as we walk in the door.
