Used to be good until they started toasting your bagel for 2 seconds before giving it to you. Please toast the bagel
I'll start by saying that the woman at the register was wonderful. Once paid, I waited a bit for 6 bagels to be put in a bag. When the gentleman behind the counter making the food got them, he did not change his gloves so my bagels tasted like the sandwiches he was making and the bag was all greasy from those same gloves as well as at the bottom of 2 bags when he was grabbing for them. I will never set foot in this useless bagel shop again. What a waste of time and energy. No matter how often they change their obtuse approach to service, prep and delivery they can’t get it right to save their lives. My (not) toasted bagel had so little cream cheese, it looked like it had been removed on purpose. Gross. Can’t wait til this location is replaced with something good.
3 inch bagels ? What are things coming to !! Also ordered a pumpkin bagel with my order and was excited to try it. Well took out all my bagels from the bag and it was missing ! UGH !
