Good bagels, but they never give enough cream cheese, so ask for extra. The line can be long during breakfast hours as well, but that is to be expected.
Friendly staff, hot and fresh baked bagels and breads. Yummy soups, salads and sandwiches for lunch and for breakfast, tons of flavored cream cheeses
Good, hot , fresh bagels. always willing to cut in half for easy freezing! Coffee is good, too. Love the Cranberry nut muffins.

Here for first time. Ordered 'Western' bagel breakfast sandwich. ABSOLUTELY DELISH! Store is REALLY CLEAN, including bathroom. Staff was welcoming! I'm coming back for sure!
Local experience less than satisfactory. I did get in touch with corporate. They understood my concerns and have won me back. However I will not be dining at this location until there is a noticeable change.
I wish I could give this review NO STARS but, Oh Well!!! Looks like you've LOST another LOYAL customer!!! I visit this location at least once a day or every other day. Today when I asked for my usual Large Chai, the cashier started looking for covers. I noticed that what he had done was pour a extremely large chai into a large cold cup and cold cover. Quick and friendly. Cafe mocha is light and frothy/creamy, not too sweet. No burnt flavor.
Disappointed with the amount of pastrami on the breakfast sandwich. The indoor poster set my expectations. The actual sandwich was tasty; but disappointing. Last one I buy at this place.
