Was greeted with a smile when I walked in. Helpful staff who made an incredible salmon bagel! Haven’t been here in a while but it’s good to be back! They care about making a good impact on your day.
The complete lack of consistency here is a massive problem. Make sure you check your order thoroughly before you leave, and order for delivery at your own risk. Sometimes it’s great and sometimes you will get the laziest nonsense mistakes imaginable. This time (and there have been many times) it’s someone who was too lazy to open a new tub of cream cheese for my bagel and cream cheese order and I got a bagel with 1/8 of a teaspoon of cream cheese. I’m mean, the bagels are good. But I’ve not once had them get a complete order correct. Every single time I have to ask for something to be corrected. We have almost stopped coming here because of it, but I just keep trying
the woman at the counter couldnt hear anything we were saying because every other employee was just running around. there was a man behind my friend and i who kept correcting what we were saying. they were out of almost every single bagel and were very inattentive. they also didn't wear hair nets and they're obviously understaffed
