Best damn everything bagel I’ve had . Most of the time others don’t add any toppings on the bottom of the bagel, theirs are toppings all over. Great job guys.

So freaking ghetto. And this is coming from a black woman. The three workers present on 10/23 at 10:52 took every single customer in line prior to even acknowledging the people standing in the online order area. They hadn’t even started my order by the time I pushed myself up to the front and asked if they had the order processed. What’s the point of placing an online order if it’s faster to just go in the store and place it there. Stupid. Didn’t even apologize for the mix up. Bathroom was DISGUSTING.
bad workers, good food. unfortunate for the company
Before Covid: clean, fast, friendly and buzzing with activity from people who can sit and eat inside. I ate here 2-3 times a week. After Covid: dirty, slow, unfriendly and lame. There is no seating, so it's blah and boring. I might eat here once every 3 months now. Worst location in the triangle, and i eat at all of them on a daily basis. ***Most Important: Could someone teach the employees what TOASTED means? Not soft, not warm, not chewy...TOASTED means CRUNCHY. And the employees get annoyed is i ask twice toasted.
