Awful. Poor customer service. Never to return again. Smh.
So first if all i want to say that everyone that works there is nice and professional. The last 3 times I have been there I have asked for 2 eggs per bagel only to get home and there is just one egg and for some time now, not just the last 3 visits, the coffee is decidedly watered down, and this past Sunday, the place seemed in disarray and the surfaces behind the counter were dirty in a way i have never seen. Have been a long time fan of Bruegger’s Bagels. We ordered breakfast for 25 people for an event starting at 8:00AM. They delivered on-time bagels were still hot.
