Disgusting
I have been stopping here for coffee and bagel sandwich for several years and have been satisfied until recently. A few weeks ago I came in for my usual and I ended up taking a couple bites of the five cheese bagel and threw out the rest!! It was like crumbly days old bread, awful!! I will not be back. This is unacceptable and I never experienced this with previous owner! Either they don't know how to bake or they used old bagels. I know it wasn't fresh for sure! Very reasonable price for bagels!
We were in Connecticut in December for a college pal's wedding drove by a Bruegger's Bagels for breakfast. There was a good selection to choose from on the menu. We had asked if they could get a Brunch Box ready for the following day for the wedding party. The individual behind the counter who was prepping our food, was so friendly, and told us she informed her boss and he was ready for us to pick up the next day.
