This is a great store... just like you would want...perfect.
overall I've been a different locations. I've tried to contact management about this. The review keeps getting deleted as well. I came to this location in August and one of the workers comes out from behind the counter and says I will not be served because of racism. I've never been at this location before. Apparently there is a survey people can fill out and it states how the interaction was and the personal opinions, etc. Could you please stop deleting the review? I sent my daughter to get a dozen bagels. Uncut. Should take less than a minute. She didn't have to wait to order. It has been 50 minutes and she is STILL WAITING! This is ridiculous. I tried calling the store, and after a message about how they are busy the phone call just HANGS UP on you. I'm telling her to ask for a refund after she wasted an hour waiting for nothing. Worst service ive ever experienced in my life, i stood at the register for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and then i waited over 20 minutes and my order still wasnt started. Very disorganized.
Done with this place. Yes, the bagels are above average. But the operations are a total mess and the wait times are insane. 30+ minutes for any order, and the employees are just arguing with each other. (It’s not their fault the processes are a disaster.) The inside is like a gym now that the furniture is removed. Private equity at its finest.
