Very busy!
I like getting food at brueggers but the last several times I have came it's been very disappointing. They need better training as they just throw anything in the bags and don't verify. I have started to look at my order before leaving and last several times something has been wrong. This time they tried to give me a coupon for "next time" but they expired last year. I love Bruegger's Bagels.
Wanted water with our breakfast sandwiches and the water cups are stacked and filled at the employee hand washing sink. Really disgusting!!
