I had to wait 30 minutes for a dozen bagels on a recent Sunday morning. I have no problem waiting my turn, but it seems like there could be a different process for people who make a simple order like a dozen bagels. It's frustrating when the bagels are sitting right there behind the counter, and you have to wait for about 100 online sandwich orders to get filled first.

I had to wait 30 minutes for a dozen bagels on a recent Sunday morning. I ordered in person. I'm not sure if they were understaffed, or if they simply haven't figured out a better way to handle in-person vs. online orders. Even just providing a screen that shows where you are in the queue would be a better customer experience. Poor service, attitude stinks Ordered 6 bagels @ 9:51, didn't get my order until 45 mins later 🙃
Awful service. They say they were short staffed but there’s 6 people behind the counter. I ordered 6 bagels and a cream cheese. Somehow they can’t prioritize basic orders ahead of making sandwiches. I was the third person in line. 32 minute wait for 6 bagels and a side of cream cheese. Not toasted or sliced.
