Bruegger’s Bagels never disappoints, but the amazing service from Ronald, Van, Collin, and Ramsey truly made my visit exceptional! Time and time again has been a letdown. Today (1/27) I ordered a bagel with scallion cream cheese (for an up charge of $2.50) and received less than a teaspoon of cream cheese on my bagel and it is burnt to a crisp. The egg and cheese bagel was an unheated un toasted bagel with a soggy egg thrown on top of it.
