We had a great experience Sunday morning. I've been going to Bruegger's for years, so let me pass on some advice: If you order ahead online you can get a free coffee and you won't have to wait. You can just walk in, pick up your order and be on your way! If you order @ the bakery, be sure to get your receipt. There's a survey and you get two free bagels with purchase for completing it. Bagels and coffee are both way better than Dunkin. Only issue is that there arent more locations.
Bagels underwhelmed me a bit. Good, but not great. Good enough that we went back a second day - certainly better than Dunkin. Service was excellent.
I wish I took a picture of my sandwich. I love bruegger's bagels. However this is the only brueggers I've been to that put 1 or 2 slices of turkey on the sandwich. With such little meat on the sandwich the other flavors overwhelmed everything else. I love sandwiches in general but this was an epic fail. Step your game up guys. My mobile order was missing napkins too this is just a basic need. Attention to this little detail would have made my experience very different. Maybe even 5 star.
