Bagels are always good. But the manager who rings up my order never smiles, I walked in he didn’t even greet me. I said hello but he barely spoke, I asked how his day was going. He said pretty good with little enthusiasm. I always have to give my rewards phone number. No one ever asks me for it. Which is fine I guess. It’s sad how friendly customer service had all but gone.
