The best bagels and great management! The workers are always in a good mood.
Bagels consistently burned when asked for "toasted". I asked if someone accidentally turned up the setting on their special toaster. Was told "it's always been this way". No it hasn't. I've been coming to this specific Brueggers for almost thirty years, and now my bagels are all burnt every time I order. My bacon, egg, and cheddar looks like something even McDonald's wouldn't serve. And the bagel quality itself has tanked, with nearly every bagel bubbled and over-boiled then over-baked.
