you can tell all the manager cares about is money, as long as people keep going to this terrible place it's not going to change.
It's a bagel shop, usually in top of things but the last time we were there they messed up our order and took 20 min to fix two bagels.
The new way of ordering then waiting is stupid it now takes 20 to 30 minutes to get bagel used to be way quicker
