The bagels and the breakfast sandwiches are the best around Webster and it isn’t even close. Every single time we come the staff is beyond helpful and friendly it’s is so welcoming and warming.
I thought I would order a Breakfast bagel sandwich online to save time , that’s where it all went wrong. If you order on line it Does.Not mean you will get what you want. Their website allows you to order food that isn’t in stock, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and when I went to get it, I was informed that they are all out of that particular bagel but as I looked around they were out of almost every bagel they made. For some reason I could go in there 5x a week and ask for a 1/2 scoop of cream cheese on a double toasted ses bagel i get a bagel and 2 in thick cream cheese. Smh.
It was very disorganized during a busy time. Many orders were wrong, my order was ready but was not announced until I asked.
