Update!!!! Lowering my score as this location CLOSED!!!! IT SEEMED TO BE BUSY ALL THE TIME! Very disappointed...... Here is my original review... I was going to take a picture of a beautiful Western bagel sandwich.....but I couldn't stop myself from eating it! It was so good! The store I go to (7th Pl St Paul) is great! The employees are super nice...bagels are fresh...and usually have a good selection! The Western is now my fav/go to.... The only "areas of improvement" are: A-Their coffee is PRE-GROUND!!! Decent food - sluggish service
I have been going to this location for over 15 years, mostly because it is the only thing available on Wabasha Street downtown. There have been numerous times that this location does not have what is on the menu. For example today only 2 flavors of bagels ready at 7:30a.m. don't waste your time! If employees are having a conversation between themselves they will ignore you until you say something and then respond rudely. And a complaint to managers doesn't go anywhere.
