The staff looked upset to have to serve customers. Signs were torn on the menu board. The employee that served me didn't know how to properly make the sandwich I ordered. When I asked the employee to change it so that it was correct she gave me a look of indignation. Giving it a 2-star review as it was clean in and the food was okay after having to get them to make it correctly.

It is in a very nice spot in North Hills. inside it's almost like a café setting & it's cozy & comfy with nice chairs to sit in & the staff were friendly but unknowledgeable to the rewards program for Bruegger's bagels, they didn't even know that Bruegger's bagels offers a rewards program.
This is a great place for fresh bagels and cream cheese
