By far the slowest service of any local Bruegger's locations. Employees always look lost and are not very friendly.
This location is under new management and has significantly improved.
I've been to a few different Bruegger's, and I was never impressed until this location. Jen is the Store Manager, and she is almost always the one I interact with on my visits. She is always friendly and helpful! We chat about the food and just general whatever, and she has steered me toward some truly amazing things that I never would have tried if she hadn't recommended it. This location has got to have the worst service period. I've decided today will be my last visit. I am sick and tired of extremely slow and incompetent service. 20 minutes to get two bagels when only two other people in line ahead of me only to find out the bagel was left in the toaster too long and was burnt. I will go out of my way and away from my home to other Brueggers from now on.
