Stood at the counter for a few minutes, RIGHT in front of a lady cutting a bagel. We were not greeted at all, except with an eventual question amounting in quality to "what do you want?" Upon check-out, we asked for a bag to put our two bagel sandwiches in. She pointed to a stack of bags (equidistant from us and her) and said "they're right there." No customer service. Bagel sandwich was great though!
