Sunday October 22, 2017 I spoke with the General Manager about an order of sun-dried tomato bagels. She informed me that on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 to call ahead and request my order. I just called Bruegger's Bagels at 6:08 AM. The woman who answered said that she could not fulfill my order, that she was working totally alone, and she had to make several deliveries. Great bagels and helpful and friendly staff. I think Wednesday they have a special on bakers dozen with cream cheese.
Stopped in to this location for the first time. Everything was perfect from the moment I walked in. Very clean and pleasant . What was most impressive was the staff. The two young ladies that were preparing the bagels here attentive and very friendly. What was most impressive was the the general manager Nicole (thanks for wearing that name tag). If you have extra time go to Brueggers Whitefish Bay. Terrible service at location in Fox Point. Never adequate staffing. 3rd time with long lines while one person rings and another ignores customers at counter. Take the extra trip down to whitefish bay.
Highly recommended spot for bagels and sandwiches. Service is excellent also.
