Staff not overly friendly
Good as far as chains go.
Bagels are good, but the portions are really small. Their lattes taste like milky water. Staff is rude and unhelpful. I went on an early Sunday afternoon and they had two bagels and one egg left. Not sure how they planned on serving any customers. No wonder the store is always empty.
