I ordered 3 iced coffees. One was warm and the other two were room temperature. When we first mentioned that the coffees didn’t seem right, we were told that’s what we ordered. Only after we went back again did they admit they had run out of ice. My iced caramel coffee with cream was also bitter and had no caramel in it. I stopped by here to get breakfast this morning. Once I ordered at the register cashier asked do you want your bagel toasted. I said yes, I was disappointed because once I got home the 2 bagels was burnt and on my last visit I received burnt bagels also. Another thing is our bagels weren't fresh. I could tell the difference from when you have a fresh bagel with are without being toasted the bagel has a little crunch and it doesn't taste like rubber. I order the same sandwich the Herby Turkey every time I come and they always forget the sun-dried tomato spread and sometimes they’ll also leave the cream cheese off. I now have to check and when I bring it to their attention their solution is to put it on the side. I think the solution would be have it remade properly. I love the sandwich but not sure if I’ll come back. Sometimes the staff is great about and other times they are very rude about it.
