If I could give this place 0 stars I would I ordered a lox bagel with cream cheese, a hash brown bagel with cream cheese and side of hash browns and only received a bagel with meat, I don’t eat eat and when I called they were so rude and gave me the only option to get a refund from uber… even though it was their fault the guy I spoke with was so rude I will not be coming back here again that’s for sure!!!
Just left this place and wanted to share my experience. I ordered the double stack on the new hash brown bagel with a side of hash browns, plus a blueberry bagel with cheddar cheese, bacon, and strawberry cream cheese. After placing my order, I waited 4-5 minutes before being told they were out of the hash brown bagel. No big deal—I substituted the bagel and waited. The bagel that I just ordered at Brueggers had to be the worst bagel I’ve ever had in my life. It was uncooked mushy and raw. It looked more like a take and bake place that you would bake them at home. The bagels were terrible. I actually returned mine and got a donut next-door
