This past Saturday I ordered a variety of 8 bagels $17) ripoff. But I got only 7 bagels. I asked the girl there did she get 2 of each flavor? She said yes. Got home to Mooresville and saw 1 was missing.. I was also short changed by $4. Didn’t realize till I got home. The bagels are great but they higher dumb ass employees. Who du I contact to rectify this???
Ordered a blueberry bagel, got cinnamon sugar instead. Bagel looks and tastes odd.
This was a disappointing experience. Service was okay, although the shop was a little dark. >deleted, no longer relevant< REVISION: This appears to be on one off bad experience. I have been back a number of times now and the bagels are very good. Clearly they have been boiled properly and the dough has been just about right. Additionally, the bagels are a good size without being too big. Pop these bad boys in your toaster oven whole for a few minutes and the outside roasts to a nice chew.
