They don't know what roasted red peppers are. The staff behaves as if you're interrupting very important work by... existing and placing an order. I keep seeing the owner replying to these reviews and saying, "we take this seriously!" But... no, you clearly don't, or you'd have more than a skeleton crew running the place. If you want customers, maybe get some employees who don't treat them like an exhausting inconvenience. Everything was a problem for them. Even basic politeness.
Someone needs to clean this place. No excuse for the payment terminal and counter to have an in h of dust. I got a look at ice machine as lid was open and it is really gross.

Been coming here for 22 yrs. For the first 8 Phil ran the place and did a super job. Then the place just stopped caring about customers. The service is just about as far away from chick-fil-a as you can get. My recent experiences - Store opens at 6:00.. I go in at 6:15 and the single person there says "no bagels until after 6:30 today". Someone sleep in? - I asked for a dozen everything bagels.. I have now been to Bruegger's Bagels twice now. The 1st time was decent, however the employee's behind the counter were less than friendly. During my 2nd visit on 8/10/25, I ordered a toasted sesame bagel with egg and bacon. The bagel was undercooked, a little cold, and not toasted. The egg was acceptable, however the bacon was undercooked & very fatty. Unsure if I'll be back for a 3rd visit. I suggest management to oversee the cooking and the unfriendly employees.
