Ms. Tiffany has to be one of the kindest people we know! The first time we went there, we explained to her that we were vegan, and she was incredibly accommodating. Those warm bagels are amazing, and so are Ms. Tiffany and the rest of her crew!
Miss Tiffany and her entire team are great. We have a Sunday morning tradition of going to get some fresh bagels and we are never disappointed.
The employees here seem so incredibly happy! They must be paid well or have great company culture!
This Cornelius location consistently has the worst customer service, literally a classic case of "how can we displease any customer walking through our door". The sad thing is that Bruegger's Bagels generally has good bagels, which is the ONLY reason to set foot in this store. Given the number of other poor reviews that also point out the customer service defficiencies, I don't understand how management (whether corporate or franchised) can continue to allow this poor level of service.
