Wonderful practice, great staff! My Little Mumma was unfortunately egg bound and as much as they tried, she passed away two days after her little operation. She was definitely a lot more comfortable than before and spent her final day sleeping. I highly recommend the wonderful staff at Brudine
Absolutely wonderful staff! The team are always so kind and caring with my two, nearly 6 month old puggies! 2 days ago I took my male pup in for BOAS surgery and Desexxing, he is an anxious little guy but the surgeon was so lovely and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. She ran me through the whole procedure and even showed me previous procedures she has done for other pugs. It was super quick and I got a call back within 4 hours of dropping him off! We have had mostly had great experiences with Brudine. The staff, everyone from the reception, the nurses, the vets and the management I cannot fault. They really truly care about your animals and they also care for the humans too. The only downside is that in the 10 years that we have been with them, their pricing has gone from being middle of the range, even on the cheaper side, to now being one of the most expensive local vets. I started going to Brudine with my parents when I was a teen when we got our two rottsky twins when they were 6 week old puppies. They're now 7 and I have pets of my own and I STILL go to them. Fi and Shae are my absolute go-tos and I don't know if I could ever trust another vet with my babies as much as I trust them. They have always taken the time and care each time to each pet and have always put in all of their love and heart into each appointment. My escape artist of a labrador got out throughout the day while I was at work and she was taken to this vet by someone. I recieved a call from a lovely lady letting me know that she is being looked after and we arranged for a pick up time. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and after some quick verification that my dog was my dog she was returned free of charge, and looking like she had recently been washed as well.
