They are helpful and fair priced the lady in there is super helpful
Screw their stupid phone system it gives you to option to press 1 for parts then goes right back to giving you the same 2 options again. I know your busy, I'll hold but I'm not going to press 1 a million times! I wish we had a Mack dealer that wasn't Bruckner's in this area as getting someone on the phone is like pulling teeth! I guess Bruckner's bought all the other surrounding Mack dealers so they could get away with not answering phones.
Audrey is the best. Very helpful always pleasant. Gets me the parts I need. Nice stock of parts and will deliver.
Way over priced compare to other dealers and vendors. I called to get a price for a fuel filter, besides it took them 10 minutes to figure out if they have it, the price was 3 times more than average. I could imagine what they would charge for something major. Stay way if you can.
