This store has went straight to the trash can after they let the lady go that helped start the place and ran it all these years. Bruckner's management needs to get a lesson in business management letting their operations go the way they are going at this store.
The lady who helped me was amazing thank you I think her name was Audrey
They are helpful and fair priced the lady in there is super helpful
Screw their stupid phone system it gives you to option to press 1 for parts then goes right back to giving you the same 2 options again. I know your busy, I'll hold but I'm not going to press 1 a million times! I wish we had a Mack dealer that wasn't Bruckner's in this area as getting someone on the phone is like pulling teeth! I guess Bruckner's bought all the other surrounding Mack dealers so they could get away with not answering phones.
