Dennis is the man, same with Joshua, they got my truck fixed up much faster than I thought thought would be possible and were honest about what actually needed to be repaired. Highly recommend, and I did have the same friendly service at two other Bruckner locations as well. As I arrived in Colorado Springs, my RV (Large Diesel Pusher) had an issue when braking that caused all of the air in the air brake system to quickly dissipate, which severely impacted my ability to brake. I needed to get this repaired without driving it, so Bruckner was dispatched to my campsite to fix this issue. The mechanic arrived quickly and I had great communication with Service Adviser. The mechanic, Cam, was on time, professional and very good. He quickly diagnosed the issue and retrieved the parts needed to fix it.... read more
Just want to give these guys a big thank you! They went out of their way to help me, it is greatly appreciated because that’s rare now a days. A big thank you to Dennis for giving me a ride to my hotel! The regional service manager that was there at the time7/2/24 was a big help too.
