My father was diagnosed with cholangiocarcinoma. I was seeking a second opinion from dr. Bruckner but the whole experience was just awful. They took a while to get back to me which I completely understood but when his wife called for a medical intake- she proceeded to be so rude and unprofessional. she had no medical knowledge but spent an hour and half having me go over every bit of detail of my fathers medical history instead of requesting records/scans/information etc. She also spent that time telling me about her health ... read more
