Various issues: 1. During my physical, I brought up joint pain and Dr Bruckerhoff stopped me mid sentence to say that i need to make another appointment to discuss issues like that. When would be the right time to talk about issues you’ve noticed, if NOT a wellness check? 2. After getting bloodwork done, it is customary for doctors to leave notes and have the office give the patient a call with info on what their results are. Dr. Bruckerhoff is amazing! She is thorough, she listens, and she takes her time. Dr. Bruckerhoff is personable and makes you feel heard. I never feel rushed and I always feel comfortable and safe sharing any concerns I’ve been feeling about my health. Her staff is great as well! It’s always a pleasant experience when going to appointments.
I just went here for the first time today, after not really having a primary for 5 years. Absolutely wonderful and personable, and her staff was very friendly and helped with my general anxiety! Shona, Antonia, and Tanya, all of y'all rock! Very very comfortable.
This woman has been reported to the Texas Medical State Board, look at her reviews and the way she and her staff treat people, she’s an osteopath not Internal Medicine nor a Geriatrics specialist like she proclaims to be, she’s a referrals dr nothing more. She is being investigated for the shoddy treatment of her patients read the reviews.
I don’t see how she gets these high reviews. The doctor is cold and clinical and the only time I’ve seen her smile is on her website where she peddles her products. Shes rude and condescending. I don’t need her to giggle or be my BFF, I expect courtesy. The most recent experience was last week. “If you’re feeling sick, reschedule your appointment.” I’m not making this up, I took a screenshot of the standard message sent with the appointment reminder. Where do you go if you’re sick?
