Bruciato was one of the main reasons I made a special visit to Bainbridge Island, after someone highly recommended it to me, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. I was able to get a table immediately with no waiting. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, checking regularly and making sure I was enjoying my meal without being intrusive. Light, flavorful dough and one of the best Neapolitan pizzas I’ve had. The service was excellent, and our pizzas came out surprisingly fast. Everything was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this place!
Disappointing the food hygiene rating has dropped to only “okay”
Definitely get the meatballs! The salad was good, as was the pizza, but the pizza was REALLY light on the topping (sausage). Service was good and the location is great. Will probably go back.
