DISCRIMINATION ALERT!! Absolutely appalled by what I witnessed here yesterday. A woman and her family were removed over her service dogs, despite the dogs causing no disturbance or harm at all. In fact, the only disturbance during my meal came from customer service, who loudly yelled at a woman and her family despite being told multiple times that the dogs were service animals for her disability. Salad was good. Everything else was sub par. Menu has amazing options we had a hard time choosing. Once we got our pizza my special needs son couldn't eat it, every part was burnt. When he mentioned it to the waiter he laughed and shrugged it off. He didn't stop but again unless we flagged him down. Our group of 5 (my daughter didn't eat anything) was charged an automatic 20% gratuity for a large party. Plus the 5% added service fee. Basically, we were forced a 25% tip and left with 2 hungry kids. Won't be returning.

Terrible, non-existent service and they have the audacity to charge a 5% service fee while still expecting a tip. It's like 80-90 degrees INSIDE the restaurant, no fans nor AC apparently in here. Maybe the owner should take that owner-retained service fee and buy a couple ceiling fans. To top it off, kids screaming & crying, people taking loud video calls, and the staff keeps cranking up the music. The waitress couldn't even hear us. Such a disappointment.
