As someone who has a beloved family member at Bruceville Point, I am very upset at what I’ve seen and heard. While the staff here are very welcoming I can’t say that about all of them. Specifically a few of the cooks and one of the servers. We have joined our family member for multiple meals and I’ve noticed the attitude such as rolling of eyes and lately talking about us behind her back. My parents just moved into beautiful Bruceville Point, and it’s been an amazing experience. The staff is kind, the meals are great, and the residents are so friendly. Huge thanks to Erik for helping us move a heavy mattress—in his dress clothes! Truly above and beyond.

Heather and Eric are amazing!! This senior community is absolutely gorgeous. The food, activities and staff are top notch.

I would love to start by saying it’s a lovely community to see visually for how much of a short time it’s been there for. The people all around are wonderful and very welcoming but the only downfall is that when you are a male they tend to be very picky on how you look if you want to get a job there. I’ve applied more then 20 times and have even done a job interview in person there. I have more than 5 years of experience in care and med field. Im not to sure what’s going on with the managers and hr but only hiring women does... read more
