Update: I'm lowering my stars from 3 to 1 star. I also had a hitch with wiring for lights installed on my other car around the same time as the remote starter. So two years later (now) my tail lights go out. The dealer says it was a problem with the wiring harness. It was $780 for the diagnostic and to replace it. I know I could have brought it back to Bruce's, but I really wasn't that happy when they put it in initially. They had the wiring so the plug was in the hatch instead of by the hitch and I just didn't want any futu... read more
This shop is excellent. I have been a customer for over 20 years. My flat four trailer connector suddenly wasn't working, and literally after five minutes at Bruce's, the problem was diagnosed and fixed today with a walk in appt. I will be back. Thanks so much!
