Definitely need negative stars for this place, they take no pride in their work, they promise you one thing but do another, and don't care whether you are satisfied or not, the manager Rick is rude ,unprofessional, and his favorite excuse appears to be (its within industry standards) ,don't get stuck with the hack job I did,and do yourself a huge favor, go elsewhere, wish I had
This place is a joke, read the reviews, 10yrs ago they were a great place to go but anything recently reviewed is the same experience as I had, they care nothing about the customer or their workmanship, all they kept telling me was that it was within industry standards, even though they put so much filler in my hood that you can't see the body lines,definitely don't recommend, I've seen better work done in a back yard with a spray can
Way too expensive This place advertises that you have a right to chose your own body shop. They even go to the trouble of stating the law pertaining to it. The reason - they are by far the most expensive place around. The building is beautiful and their commercials are everywhere. I guess that is why they have to charge so much.
WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! I have had a handful of fender benders over the past fifeteen years. I have always used Bruces's to do my car repair. Kyle Wills the General Manager I've noticed has always been present at the shop. I too like seeing Donna, one of the front desk employees over the years. Even though my mood maybe off from just having a car accident, Donna can always put a smile on my face. If there was an option, I'd give Bruce's negative stars. Horrible service and terrible workmanship. I had to get painting done 3 times. They said that "we dont want to do the work but hey, it's warranty so we have to." That sums up their service. They must have sanded and painted with the windows down because there is dust everywhere and paint on the wiper lever. I would not send my worst enemy there.
