I hit a deer and the front of my vehicle mostly the hood, grill and radiator were toast. They basically had to replace parts and paint the hood replacement. I believe they charged the insurance double what it should have been. It took 3 times longer than it should have 3 months !!!! 4 different promise dates and terrible communication. 4 years ago I took my car in after a minor accident and they repaired it. This year I went for my yearly inspection and was rejected for for a light that didn't even get replaced but was taken out for other repairs. The car has had no work since then, and the worker had the nerve to say how do I know you didn't do this. My family has been going there for over 20 years and this is how they treat people. Bruce’s Auto Body Shop did a fantastic job repairing my son’s car after it was sideswiped by a snow plow and had significant damage.
