I have to start with the expectational customer service at Bruce’s. Wow, they completely make the process for auto body work smooth and they’ve got it streamlined. The facility is clean, organized and welcoming to customers. The office manager handled my entire estimate and even coordinated with my rental car company so they’d bring me my vehicle. These small acts of kindness when having to get your car repaired just makes the process a little less painless.
Great experience from start to finish! They did an excellent job repairing my vehicle and it only took a few days to complete. They made the entire process very easy and kept everything hassle-free. I would definitely recommend them!
It was very pleasant, with a stunning, clean facility . My repair/painting was completed in record time.
Great place. Unlike other shops they were willing to take my car right in. They had it done fast too. Took just over a week (I blame insurance adjusters taking their time). Super friendly and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
We are from out of town & I’m so glad we found Bruce’s! They were quick, fair, welcoming, and got us back to our vacation in no time.
