If I could leave zero Stars I would. Bruce is an uncaring unfeeling arrogant person. My son has an Audi which he's brought to Bruce to be serviced. The car was leaking fluid. When we brought the car back within 2 days the car was leaking fluid again. Bruce told us it was a 3-week wait to be serviced so my son scheduled the service again and called to have The car towed to Bruce's for the next service. The tow truck showed up an hour late. No free simple estimates anymore. Beware! Make sure to ask about costs up front. I have been a customer of Bruces Auto for years. I have always found the work and customer service to be what I was looking for in a local town. I recently went in for simple estimate on a noisy wheel issue after a free Les Schwab quote. I was given a full inspection of the vehicle which I said I did not ask for. I was then handed a bill for $170.00. NO FREE estimates anymore.. Beware! New person will charge you for estimates! I have been mislead by the front desk person and have heard this happening to 3 other people now. Made me feel cheated. Bruce do something about this. It's getting around town you no longer charge free estimates.
