Very fast and efficient service
Work done was done properly. Colin (rep) very polite and listened to our problems. **company had problem with timing-1 hour difference between projected arrival time to actual arriving (9-9:15 projected versus 10:25 actual) miscommunication between office & employee! Over-all, happy with Bruce's, have used it before/will continue.
Colin came as quick as he could, he told me he would be an hour before he could get here and showed up earlier than expected, which was greatly appreciated. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. He explained what needed to be done, he worked efficiently and effectively. Especially since it was an after hours call out.
