Took 2 of my cars into Bruce's one for a power steering problem, and the other for a cosmetic problem. The power steering I bought all of the parts online and he agreed to replace them for me for a price, this is going to work out great. He does the work and sends the car to get aligned 40 miles from his shop, on the way back the power steering fails. He calls me and tells me I need a pump, the one I gave him was defective. The worst experience that we have had at any repair shop. First of all all the great reviews that we read here on Google were from the previous owners, not the current owners who used to work for them. They really have no idea what they are doing. 1) They told us they would look at the car within an hour to tell us what was wrong with our brakes. Great customer service!!! Helped my parents with an urgent situation and was able to get them back on the road in no time!
We broke down at 7:40 PM on a Friday night, got off the expressway and got to a gas station. I started calling around to see if any garage was open. The owner was just closing up, but said come on over I will see if I can help you out. He was less than 10 minutes away and we were thankful.. Then the car would not start to get there. So the owner came to us, gave us a new battery to get to the garage, and ultimately we had to replace the battery and the alternator. Im a modest mechanic been doing it for the past 25yrs or so for myself and friends by all means im not a professional but i did my share of brakes-oil changes- alternator's and so on.
