Terrible service. Denied a sale on our college reunion since we have IDs from different states. I understand trying to reasonably apply the law, but denying service because of a failure to understand why we have differing IDs leaves the would-be customer feeling criminalized and discriminated against. A simple scan of our IDs would have fixed this entire problem, and rudely denying service and acting like we are liars is unacceptable.
I just love Fort Payne’s Bruce’s I really love Heinz Mayonnaise and no one carried it here in Fort Payne so I asked Bruce’s if that can get it and start carrying it for me.Well they could and did and they now have one very happy customer I got 3 jars like I said I would if they could get it well they messaged me last night and told me that it was on the shelf.I was one happy person I love the taste of this brand thank u so much for stocking it for me. I love it when they give there employees a day off own a holiday to spend time with there family that show me that your not greeted and it's not all about money
Great store love the deli , easy to stop by and get a plate for dinner , no more fast food
