Job was not finished! It took them three times as long as it should. Asked for money up front also then kept putting me off. We live in a small town and I have used Bruce’s and so had my parents. Always top notch but I knew he sold the store. New owner is ruining his name. Charge too much and didn’t finish and has a lot of excuses. Doesn’t have time to text you back but he has time to cash your check!!! I will never use them again.
I chose them to do carpet in my basement bedroom. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Work was done timely and was top-notch. Will definitely be using them for the rest of my basement in the future!
