Staff on the floor are friendly but most (not all) are not very knowledgeable. Bought a bike there because they had the size that I wanted for that particular model. The older guy who actually sold me the bike was helpful and reasonably knowledgeable. After taking the bike back for some tweaking the sales person damaged a component on the bike by over tightening (amateur) so now I have to wait and bring it back. He also had no clue trying to help me load it into my vehicle. I had to ask him to get help from another employee.... read more
