Bruce's was the first place I looked for flooring on my new house. It was such a pleasure working with Marie, she is knowledgeable, kind and very accommodating. I love being able to support small family owned businesses and am grateful to both Bruce and Marie for their amazing service, expertise and quality of product. They provided expert advice on engineering vs. wood and helped get me a good price to outfit a 3000+ sqft. home reno. I highly recommend Bruce's Carpet and Floor! Amazing people and quality service.
Bruce doesn’t know his product very well and Marie is unpleasant on every phone call she takes. Bruce suggested a product that wasn’t baby safe, even though I stated that was my highest priority, twice. The company makes a product that is specifically baby safe. But Bruce didn’t know about that, and I had already put my order if when I found that it out on my own, so I’m out $400 for the restocking fee. Because I trusted Bruce, a 45 year professional. The owner discriminates against Hispanic people and is very rude. Terrible customer service here. Do not recommend doing business here
Five stars all the way, call Bruce if you’re in need of any flooring around Catskills foothills. Great selection and was able to accommodate my schedule, the workers are all family guys that did a flawless job! Great local business!
We just had carpeting installed by Bruce’s flooring in our basement. We are more than happy with the carpeting and the job! Gary was our installer and did it all by himself!!! This job also included stairs. Bruce, himself came out to measure and check on his installer. We were so impressed!
