Dr. Bruce was recommended to me by my PCP. She had a personal experience with him that really impressed her.I, however, was not impressed. He treated me for a LONG list of allergies. When I was not getting any relief, he said that my allergy numbers were so low that he wouldn't call me allergic. A different treatment was started. When that didn't work, he said that he was going to have to prescribe allergy shots. Hmmm....I'm allergic, not allergic, and then allergic again? The office staff is very rude. Very poor customer service.
Do not visit this doctor if you think you have non-allergic rhinitis. He is not equipped to deal with this. More than 2 months later and I am referred back to my PCP, as apparently rhinitis and turbinate atrophy are not sinus issues.
Once a very good Surgeon, he did both of our boys' ear tubes and we were happy with him at the time. What to expect now from his office? Tests scheduled without notifying you (which you'll learn of when they call about you missing them...), then they'll hold your results hostage to extort another office visit co-pay from you. I explained I wouldn't be back due to this behavior, and Dr. Bruce himself says "It'll be a pleasure not to see you again". The office has no sense of professionalism.
