Went to this doctor concerned about my diet years ago. Tried to go to someone that seemed familiar to me but was a mistake. Asked him a question and he gave me an offensive sexual gesture with his hands. I was harassed by him with this action and he also misunderstood my interaction with him. He asked me if I went to school as if my behavior was uneducated which it was not. That was simply asking a nutrition based question. I saw Dr. Thompson for years and finally got out after too many mistakes. He always thought he felt a goiter on my Thyroid, he sent me for a sonogram and there was nothing there. Year after year we'd go through the same thing. Then 2 major things happened. He prescribed me a medication. When I went back for the follow-up, I told him I needed a refill and he said he never prescribed that to me, 1. because he didn't have it in his records, and 2. because he wouldn't have prescribed it to me based on another medical condition. ... read more
Quick and easy! Very Thoro!
I was going to be a new patien t of Dr.Thompson. I had to wait 2 months for an appointment. After rearranging mine and my daughters schedule to keep my appointment I get a call 45 minutes before my appointment that it had been canceled. I know things happen but 45 minutes notice? I called 3 times for a new appointment and was told all 3 times that I would get a call back. I never did. I called a 4th times and was told I had to wait another 2 and a half months for a new appointment. Terrible customer service. I will now take ... read more
