Great doctors are there for you when you really need them. Dr. Peyser was not there for me when I really needed him.
Bruce T. Peyser, MD, was my doc for several years. He diagnosed some clinically difficult issues, one of which, I believe, may have saved my life . On another occasion, he was very responsive to my questions regarding a recommendation he had made, and upon my genuine interest, he even offered to send me a research article to help me understand his thinking on the complex medical issue on which he was helping me.
