Initially, we availed their carpet cleaning service when we were transitioning to a new location. The team, led by Carson, did an outstanding job. They were quick, efficient, and pleasant to work with. Later, we encountered a water problem in our basement in Charlotte. A couple of guys from Bruce & Sons Carpet Cleaning, namely Kaleb and Mike, did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. Their skill and efficiency certainly impressed me.
