I reached out about a bleach spot in our carpet, and the team suggested a carpet repair instead of dyeing it because the carpet has multiple colors and we still had extra carpet from the original install. Mike carefully matched the carpet pile, blended the patch perfectly, and even trimmed the fibers so it lined up with the surrounding carpet. carson was our carpet cleaning technician and he did a friendly, thorough job. our older berber carpets now smell fresh and look much cleaner. the stairs were especially dirty, but after the cleaning, they look a lot better and brighter. carson was polite, respectful, and worked with good energy. even some tricky spots like a pink stain under the bed were improved. the company communicated well and made sure the job was done right. the cleaning process for our three small rooms and stairs took about an hour and a half, and t... read more

we recently had bruce & sons carpet cleaning come to our home to clean and seal our grout, plus take care of our area rugs and carpets. the results were amazing! ricky, who handled the services, was very professional and really knew what he was doing, but he was also friendly and easy to talk to. there was a strong smell from the grout sealing at first, but it faded away after a little while. if you’re looking for local carpet cleaning, you’ll be happy you chose them!

bruce & sons carpet cleaning did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. ricky arrived right on time and clearly explained the whole process, including how long it would take for everything to dry. he made sure to put protective pads under our heavy furniture to help with the drying and keep the carpet safe. ricky was very knowledgeable, answering all my questions and even sharing helpful tips i hadn't considered before. he spotted some tough stains that were deep in the carpet and managed to remove them with a second treat... read more
