Our technician, Francis, arrived right on time and was very professional. she walked through the house with me before starting and explained the carpet cleaning process, the areas that needed extra attention, and what results to expect. After the cleaning, we checked each room together and she asked if everything looked good or if any spot needed more work. i was extremely happy with the final result. The carpet looks fresh, bright, and almost like new again. she did a wonderful job, was careful in my home, and made the whol... read more
Ricky came to my home from Bruce & Sons Carpet Cleaning and was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He looked over the carpet and upholstery areas that needed cleaning, explained the process clearly, and gave me a quote that matched the estimate I was given on the phone based on the square footage. The whole carpet cleaning service felt honest, smooth, and well organized. He also went back over the upholstery when I asked for one more quick pass, which I really appreciated. Everything looked fresh, clean, and... read more
this carpet cleaning service is clearly better than most. every time they arrive, i think my carpet is too far gone, but after they finish, the whole house looks like i just had brand new carpet installed. ricky and mike are friendly, very polite, and easy to work with, and they always take time to handle any problem areas. they have been cleaning my carpets for many years, so i trust their process and results. they have lifted stains i thought would never come out, refreshed heavy traffic lanes, and brought life back to wor... read more

I really appreciated the honest advice instead of unrealistic promises. They also shared helpful carpet care tips and easy tricks for keeping the fibers cleaner between... read more
