I reached out about a bleach spot in our carpet, and the team suggested a carpet repair instead of dyeing it because the carpet has multiple colors and we still had extra carpet from the original install. Mike carefully matched the carpet pile, blended the patch perfectly, and even trimmed the fibers so it lined up with the surrounding carpet.
